Short answer: The Riftbound Gift of the Rift Bundle comes out December 4, 2026, to celebrate the game’s first year. It has 16 booster packs (three each of Origins, Spiritforged, Unleashed and Vendetta, plus four Radiance), a Ramen Akali alt-art promo with 100 matching sleeves, 36 Rainbow Foil Runes and a 2,000-card storage box. The packs inside are worth about $134 at today’s TCGplayer prices, but the bundle is listed at about $288. So you’re paying roughly $154 for the promo and the extras. Buy it for the promo or as a gift, and buy packs if you just want to open cards.

Who this is for: Riftbound players and collectors deciding whether to preorder the anniversary bundle, and anyone shopping for a Riftbound fan this holiday season.

When does the Gift of the Rift Bundle come out?

December 4, 2026, in English. It marks Riftbound’s first year: the game launched with Origins in 2025, and Radiance, the fifth set, arrives October 23, 2026. Preorders are already listed on TCGplayer.

What’s in the Gift of the Rift Bundle?

  • 16 booster packs: 3 Origins, 3 Spiritforged, 3 Unleashed, 3 Vendetta and 4 Radiance
  • 1 alt-art promo card: Ramen Akali
  • 100 card sleeves with the Ramen Akali art
  • 36 Rainbow Foil Runes
  • A 2,000-card storage box

It’s the only product with packs from every Riftbound set so far, which makes it a good way to sample sets you missed.

How much is the Gift of the Rift Bundle?

About $288 on TCGplayer right now, with 11 listings starting at $286.48. Other store preorders we found start around $275. We couldn’t find an official US price from Riot, so expect listings to move as the release date gets closer.

Is the Gift of the Rift Bundle worth it?

Not for the packs alone. Here’s what the same 16 packs cost on TCGplayer today:

SetPacksPrice per pack (Oct 19)Value
Origins3$12.34$37.02
Spiritforged3$9.22$27.66
Unleashed3$7.96$23.88
Vendetta3$7.38$22.14
Radiance4$5.83 (from a $139.95 display)$23.32
Total16about $134

Pack prices are TCGplayer market prices, except Radiance, which isn’t out yet, so we used the cheapest Booster Display divided by 24. Buying the cheapest listing for each pack instead brings the total to about $103.

That leaves roughly $154 of the $288 price for the Ramen Akali promo, the sleeves, the runes and the storage box. The sleeves and box are worth maybe $20 to $25 if you’d buy them anyway. The rest is the price of the promo and of owning the anniversary box sealed. The promo has no English listings yet, so there’s no market price for it.

Who should buy it, and who shouldn’t?

  • Buy it if you want the Ramen Akali promo or a dated anniversary box for your shelf. Preorder from a store near $275 rather than paying more.
  • Buy it as a gift for a Riftbound player who doesn’t have sleeves or storage yet. It’s the most complete single box you can wrap.
  • Skip it if you just want to open packs. A Radiance Booster Display is about $140 for 24 packs, which is 8 more packs for about half the price.
  • Skip it if you’re chasing one card. Buy the single. See our Radiance chase cards list for what’s worth money.

What to skip

  • Paying over about $290 before release. Prices for new sealed products often move once stores get stock.
  • Buying it to resell for profit. At $288, the packs are worth less than half the price, so any profit depends on the promo.
  • Opening it for value. The odds of a big pull are the same as in any other pack from those sets.
