When does Jujutsu Kaisen Season 4 come out?
There’s no date or even a season window yet. Here’s everything that has been confirmed so far:
| Date | What happened |
|---|---|
| January 8, 2026 | Season 3 (The Culling Game Part 1) premieres in Japan |
| March 26, 2026 | Season 3 finale airs; Part 2 confirmed as Season 4 |
| June 19, 2026 | Season 4 teaser at MAPPA’s 15th anniversary livestream; Takeru Sato named director |
| December 19–20, 2026 | Jump Festa 2027 stage (the next expected update) |
| TBA | Season 4 premiere |
Jump Festa is where Shueisha’s anime usually drop new trailers and dates, so it’s the most likely place for a release window. Until then, treat any specific date you see online as a fan guess.
Is there a Jujutsu Kaisen Season 4 trailer?
Yes, a short teaser. TOHO Animation posted it on June 19, 2026 during MAPPA’s anniversary stream, and it ends by saying the season is in production. You can watch it on TOHO Animation’s YouTube channel. The official visual since then puts Sukuna front and center.

What will Season 4 cover?
The rest of the Culling Game, picking up right after Season 3’s Sendai Colony finale. Sukuna and Kenjaku move into the next phase of their plans, and more of the cast gets thrown into the colony fights. The good news: the manga is finished. Gege Akutami ended it on September 30, 2024, so MAPPA has the whole story to work from and no risk of catching up to the source.
