Disney Lorcana doesn’t publish pull rates. The biggest public count we found, 1,056 Hyperia City packs opened by The Deck Box, a game store in Halifax, Nova Scotia, turned up 15 Enchanteds (about 1 in 70 packs) and one Iconic. Across the six sets since Iconics arrived in Fabled, the same store pulled 4 Iconics in 6,336 packs, about 1 in 1,600. At the November 5, 2026 box price of $130.86, pulling one Enchanted costs about $384 on average. That’s more than three times the price of the median Hyperia City Enchanted ($116.23).

Who this is for: Lorcana collectors deciding whether to open Hyperia City or buy singles, and anyone who wants to know how rare Enchanted and Iconic cards really are before spending. Hyperia City is the 14th Lorcana set. It reached game stores on October 16, 2026 and everywhere else on October 23. For the set’s most valuable cards, see our Hyperia City chase cards list.

What are the pull rates in Lorcana?

Ravensburger doesn’t publish pull rates for Disney Lorcana. Every number on this page comes from people counting what they opened, so we list each one’s sample size. More packs means a number you can trust more.

Our main source is The Deck Box, a small store in Halifax that logs every rare-or-better card from its opening of each new set and shares the counts in a public spreadsheet. It opened 44 booster boxes (1,056 packs) of Hyperia City and has posted the same kind of count for 11 sets. No other public source we found comes close in size or consistency. Here is what those 1,056 Hyperia City packs held:

RarityCards in setOdds per packPer 24-pack box
Super Rare181 in 2.310.5

Foil Legendary121 in 390.6
Epic181 in 102.4
Enchanted181 in 700.34 (1 per 3 boxes)
Iconic21 seen in 1,0560.02

Prices move fast. Follow @HelloNerdsnack on X for price drops and new chase cards.

Those are odds for any card of that rarity. A specific Enchanted, like Ariel – Collector of Oddities, is closer to 1 in 1,270 packs if all 18 are equally common. That’s an assumption, since nobody outside Ravensburger knows if they are.

Enchanted and Iconic odds by set

Here are The Deck Box’s counts, set by set. Each row is one store’s openings, so one lucky or unlucky case moves the number a lot. Winterspell’s 4 Enchanteds in 1,056 packs is the clearest example.

Into the Inklands (3)7687 (1 in 110)n/a
All 11 sets11,232114 (1 in 99)4 in 6,336

Pooled together, that’s one Enchanted per 99 packs, or about one every four boxes. The last three sets ran hotter, with 41 Enchanteds in 3,168 packs (about 1 in 77). The store thinks Enchanted odds have held steady over the past year, and the gap is small enough to be luck. Sets 1, 2 and 4 aren’t in the spreadsheet.

The small samples swing wildly, from 1 in 36 to 1 in 334, because a few hundred packs might hold only one to six Enchanteds. The often-quoted “1 in 72” appears on a 2023 CardGamer page that credits an official Ravensburger rarity guide. We couldn’t find that guide, and the page gives no sample size. The “1 in 96” and “1 in 100” figures don’t name a source. Our read: plan on 1 in 70 to 1 in 100 packs, and treat anything tighter as luck.

How many Enchanted cards are in a booster box?

On average, about a third of one. A box has 24 packs, so at 1 in 70 you’d expect 0.34 Enchanteds, and at the long-run 1 in 99, about 0.24. Most boxes have none.

ProductPacksAt least 1 EnchantedAt least 1 Iconic
Booster pack11 to 1.4%0.06%
Illumineer’s Trove88 to 11%0.5%
Booster box2422 to 29%1.5%
Case (4 boxes)9662 to 75%6%

The low end uses the 11-set rate (1 in 99) and the high end uses Hyperia City’s count (1 in 70). The Iconic column uses 1 in 1,584, explained below.

A sealed case doesn’t guarantee an Enchanted either. The Deck Box opened three Whispers in the Well cases with no Enchanted at all, and says it has never seen signs that cases are packed to include one. Enchanteds only come in the pack’s single foil slot, so you’ll never find two in one pack.

What are the Iconic pull rates?

Iconic is Lorcana’s rarest rarity. It debuted in Set 9, Fabled, in 2025, and every set since has exactly two Iconic cards. Like Enchanteds, they come in the foil slot, and Ravensburger hasn’t published odds for them.

The best count we found is again The Deck Box: 4 Iconics in 6,336 packs from Fabled through Hyperia City, or about 1 in 1,600. That lines up with the 1 in 1,500 estimate that Shonen TCG credits to Rippr, which gives no sample size. TCGTalk’s smaller openings, 192 Wilds Unknown packs and 216 Attack of the Vine packs, found none, which fits.

Four cards is a tiny count. Two more or two fewer would put the rate anywhere from 1 in 1,056 to 1 in 3,168, so treat 1 in 1,600 as a rough guide. Here’s what it means in practice:

  • About 66 booster boxes per Iconic, on average.
  • About a 1.5% chance per box, and about 6% per sealed case.
  • About 1 in 3,200 packs for one specific Iconic, if both are equally common.

Hyperia City’s two Iconics are Mickey Mouse – Best in Town ($1,861.10) and Cinderella – Unintentional Icon ($1,152.14), TCGplayer market as of November 5, 2026. The Deck Box pulled one Cinderella. Both are pictured in our Hyperia City chase cards list. Below is one Iconic from each earlier set, priced on the same date. Only a few Iconics sell each month, so their prices jump around. What’s in a Lorcana booster pack?

Every Lorcana booster has 12 cards, per Ravensburger’s product listings:

  • 6 commons
  • 3 uncommons
  • 2 cards that are Rare, Super Rare or Legendary
  • 1 foil card of any rarity

The foil slot is where the chase cards live. Epics, Enchanteds and Iconics only come in that slot, so a pack holds one of them at most. A booster box has 24 packs (288 cards). An Illumineer’s Trove has 8 packs plus accessories, and a prerelease box has 6.

One change is worth knowing. Starting with Wilds Unknown (Set 12), The Deck Box’s counts show far more Legendaries and Epics per 24-pack box. Sets 9 to 11 are Fabled, Whispers in the Well and Winterspell; sets 12 to 14 are Wilds Unknown, Attack of the Vine! and Hyperia City (3,168 packs in each group):

Per boxSets 9 to 11Sets 12 to 14
Legendary (non-foil)4.06.0
Epic1.52.3
Enchanted0.180.31

TCGTalk’s smaller Wilds Unknown and Attack of the Vine samples found about 6 to 7 Legendaries per box too. The Legendary and Epic jump is big and holds across all three newer sets, so it looks real. The Enchanted rise is smaller and could still be luck.

Lorcana pull rates vs Pokémon and MTG

GameChase card oddsRarest pullOfficial odds?
Lorcana (Hyperia City)Enchanted, about 1 in 70 to 100 packsIconic, about 1 in 1,600No
Pokémon (Mega Evolution sets)Special Illustration Rare, about 1 in 80Mega Hyper Rare, about 1 in 1,081No
MTG Star TrekStardates card, 1 in 25 Play BoostersSigned cards, about 250 of eachPack contents only

Per pack, a Lorcana Enchanted is about as rare as a Pokémon Special Illustration Rare. TCGplayer measured the Pokémon rate from more than 4,000 packs of Pitch Black, as covered in our Delta Reign pull rates. The difference is box size. A Lorcana box has 24 packs and a Pokémon box has 36, so the Pokémon box gives you more tries for more money.

The cost per hit ends up close. Pulling one Enchanted from a $130.86 Hyperia City box costs about $384 on average. Pulling one Special Illustration Rare from a $222.95 Delta Reign box costs about $495 (both TCGplayer market, November 5, 2026). Lorcana’s Iconic and Pokémon’s gold Mega Hyper Rare land in the same rough range.

Magic is the odd one out. Wizards of the Coast publishes what goes in each pack, like the 1 in 25 stardates rate in our MTG Star Trek pull rates, but not odds for its rarest cards. For one more newer game, see our Riftbound Radiance pull rates.

How much does it cost to pull an Enchanted or Iconic?

As a way to open packs, a box is the cheapest option. As a way to get a specific card, it loses to buying singles by a wide margin.

Way to buyPrice (Nov 5)Per packCost per Enchanted
Booster box (24 packs)$130.86$5.45About $384
Loose booster pack$7.17$7.17About $505
Illumineer’s Trove (8 packs)$67.91$8.49About $598

Cost per Enchanted is the price per pack times 70.4, the packs per Enchanted in The Deck Box’s Hyperia City count. The Trove includes accessories, so its per-pack price is a little unfair to it. At 1 in 1,584 packs, an Iconic costs about $8,600 in booster boxes on average.

Bar chart comparing the $384 average cost to pull a Hyperia City Enchanted from booster boxes with $379 for the priciest Enchanted single and $116 for the median one
Pulling a random Enchanted costs about what the priciest one sells for. Chart: NerdSnack, TCGplayer market on November 5, 2026

Compare that with buying the card. The median Hyperia City Enchanted is $116.23, and the most expensive, Ariel – Collector of Oddities, is $379.08. So pulling a random Enchanted costs about as much as buying the priciest one outright. Mickey Mouse – Best in Town, the top Iconic, is $1,861.10 as a single, less than a quarter of the average cost to pull any Iconic.

What does an average box hold? Using The Deck Box’s Hyperia City rates and TCGplayer market prices, the rares and better in an average box add up to about $123, a bit under the box price. About $70 of that is the Enchanted and Iconic share, and roughly 7 to 8 in 10 boxes have no Enchanted. A box without one holds about $53 of rares and better at market price, and you’d get less selling them after fees.

Here’s how the cost to pull compares across sets that have Iconics:

SetBox (Nov 5)Cost per EnchantedMedian Enchanted
Hyperia City$130.86About $384$116.23
Attack of the Vine!$178.34About $713$104.33
Wilds Unknown$227.58About $668$69.80
Winterspell$238.77About $2,626$207.37
Whispers in the Well$213.11About $1,172$128.24
Fabled$821.84About $3,013$300.60

Each row uses that set’s own Deck Box count. Winterspell’s 4 Enchanteds is far below every other set, so its cost is probably inflated by bad luck. Even so, Hyperia City is the cheapest of these sets to open by a wide margin, partly because its box sells below its $143.76 list price. Older Lorcana boxes climbed in 2026, as our booster box price tracker shows, but past prices don’t predict future ones.

Our take: open Hyperia City if you enjoy it or want playable Legendaries, which come at about six per box. If you want a specific Enchanted, buy the single. Even the most expensive one sells for about what it costs to pull a random one. These Hyperia City Enchanteds run from the middle of the set’s price range down to its cheapest card (TCGplayer market, November 5, 2026):
